Motion & Purpose is the Nevada Trucking Association’s Quarterly email blast and online newsletter that provides industry news & insights to the trucking industry. The NTA approached us initially to design, build and deploy a quarterly email blast detailing trucking industry news. After collaboration and several content strategy meetings, the project evolved into what it is now -- an email marketing campaign with calls to action that click through to the online newsletter pages.
As the Nevada Trucking Association lacked a cohesive set of brand guidelines, the first step was to establish a clear set of visual standards based on the organization’s strong, ethical, intelligent and sustainable personality and values.
With the visual standards in place, we designed the user interface and build a custom coded, mobile-friendly website that can be easily duplicated and modified quarterly.
The website has two main target audiences: existing members of the NTA and those entities that may want to become members. Site visitors use the website to find information and current data about the trucking industry and membership benefits. The website directs users to these topics immediately on the home page and blends calls to action to these topics throughout the website.
The Motion & Purpose online pages are built on a custom framework that allows for a fast loading time, ease of use and zero platform updates from month to month. Mobile-friendliness assures that the site looks and works well on both desktop computers and mobile devices.
